this piece of work might be not really catchy for people who don't speak german...but if you do it gives you a deep view into the weired world wich surrounds the author...i recordnized a lot of samples...and it made me laugh and cry at the same time...pure horror but fun....as we like it.

1977 waren die Rotators die erste Punkrockband Ostwestfalens. 1997 sind sie für eine Reunion zurückgekommen, die die neu aufgenommene "Best of 1977-1997" hervorbrachte. Die Single "Zombie Tango" ist die einzige Platte, die in den frühen Tagen aufgenommen wurde. Darauf befinden sich zwei Stücke von 1980, als die Band einen Organisten im Line-Up hatte. Dadurch klangen sie den Stranglers näher, als die meisten anderen Deutschpunkbands jener Zeit. Titel Nummer 3 ist ein 2004 gemachter Remix der Original B-Seite. Das Artwork ist komplett überarbeitet, so, dass die Scheibe nun so aussieht, wie es die Musik schon immer verdient hätte.

In 1977 Rotators were the first band in East-Westphalia (Germany) to play punkrock. In 1997 they came back for a reunion which brought the new recorded "Best of 1977-1997". The single "Zombie Tango" is their only record recorded in their early days. It includes two tracks from 1980 when they had an organ in their line-up, which made them sound closer to the Stranglers than most other German punk bands of that time. Track 3 is a remix made in 2004 of the single's b-side. The artwork is completely reworked, so that this record now looks as good as the music always would have deserved.
